Todds - Delivery Policy, Charges, Security and  other Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY METHOD
Customers must choose the charge relevant to their product. If more than one range of products is purchased the charge applicable will be for the most expensive category had it been chosen on its own.
Todds will increase your delivery charge to the relevant category level if you make an incorrect category delivery charge choice.

DELIVERY AREA
We will only automatically process orders from the UK with a delivery address in the UK. The delivery address must be the same as the cardholders address if goods are being purchased with a debit/credit card.
OUTSIDE UK
If you would like to purchase please email us or complete our online contact form with your requirements and we will obtain a shipping quote. Should you then wish to proceed you would need to telephone your order through to us with a valid credit/debit card available.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery days are working days, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Delivery will normally be between 2 to 5 working days, unless stated in the category or product description. Also this is of course subject to the item being in stock and your card will not be debited until the item is dispatched.
All goods will require a signature on arrival.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Only £8.95 per order.
We aim to dispatch as soon as possible but if there are any delays we will inform you by e-mail.
Credit cards will not be debited until the items are dispatched.

Please note that by ordering you are accepting our delivery terms and conditions and that of our carriers; we do reserve the right to use any carrier of our choice. Our main carriers terms and conditions can be provided on request or viewed on their websites:

SECURITY: All orders are processed using our secure server which uses the 128 bit industry standard SSL Certificate. When entering credit card details note the yellow padlock in the bottom right of the Internet Explorer window confirming that your details are being encrypted before sending to our secure server.

GUARANTEE: If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you receive you may return them unused within 14 days for a refund. We unfortunately are not able to refund postage and packing. This will only be refunded when goods have been incorrectly despatched by us.

PRICES: All prices include VAT@17.5% and are quoted for UK mainland. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time due to changing conditions.

PAYMENT: You may pay by credit card, cheque or cash if sent by registered post. If paying by cheque the goods will be despatched as soon as the cheque has been cleared, about 7 to 10 days.
